Experience in selling glasses, optometry, retail, fashion, or medical office assistance is an asset.

Responsibilities:

- Fitting and selling glasses frames and lenses
- Organizing and restocking glasses frames and contact lenses
- Answering phone calls, booking appointments, and recalling patients
- Educating and motivating patients and families about our services and products
- Contributing to a positive and supportive clinical environment
- Pretesting for the eye doctor
- Other tasks as needed, such as, filing & scanning

What We’re Looking For, You are:

- A compassionate, and kind individual who enjoys working with kids and adults
- Excited to learn and grow within a specialized area of healthcare
- Comfortable using digital tools and keeping records
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bonus if you have:





- A background in optical sales and reception work, and excellent communication skills
- Experience working with children, neurodiverse individuals, or in healthcare settings
- Previous exposure to optometry
