Acupoint Wellness is a boutique multidisciplinary clinic in downtown Vancouver offering acupuncture, massage therapy, naturopathic medicine, osteopathy, and holistic facial treatments.

About the Role

You will provide comprehensive, patient-centred osteopathic care while building lasting relationships with a diverse patient population. We are looking for someone with excellent assessment and diagnostic skills, confident hands-on treatment techniques, and a team-oriented approach to rehabilitation and long-term wellness.

Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including health history, physical examination, and clinical testing
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
- Provide osteopathic therapy using a variety of direct and indirect techniques, including: soft tissue therapy, joint mobilization and articulation, Muscle Energy Technique (MET), manipulation where appropriate and within scope of practice
- Prescribe at-home rehabilitation exercises and provide movement education to support recovery and long-term health
- Educate patients on pain management, injury prevention, posture, ergonomics, and lifestyle modifications
- Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate,



timely clinical documentation using electronic medical records
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, patient-centred care
- Contribute to a positive, supportive clinic culture

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

- Graduate of a recognized osteopathic education program and eligible for registration to practice in British Columbia
- 5+ years experience with excellent osteopathic therapy skills across a variety of osteopathic techniques
- Masters Degree in related field
- Very strong assessment, diagnostic reasoning, and clinical decision-making skills
- Formal training and experience in concussion assessment and management
- Experience developing individualized rehabilitation and exercise programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate, patient-focused approach to care with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Commitment to evidence-informed practice and ongoing professional development
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary clinic
