Guardian Radiology is seeking a part-time Medical Office Assistant to join our fast-paced, cooperative team in Camrose, starting in October. This position will begin as casual and move into 4 days (30 hours) per week, with the potential of additional hours for vacation and sick coverage.
This is a temporary/maternity leave coverage position with the possibility to extend or turn into a permanent role.

What You’ll Do
- Greet and check in patients,
creating a welcoming and professional experience
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries as needed
- Manage patient requisitions and medical correspondence (fax/email)
- Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments efficiently
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain patient records
What We’re Looking For
- Strong computer skills and quick adaptability to new software
- Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who can also work independently
- MOA Certification or equivalent experience is an asset, but not required
