About the Role - All Insurance Ltd is looking for an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join one of our busy commerical lines teams that specialize in transportation. The role is fully in office, there is no remote option.
Responsibilities
- Providing customer service over the phone, by email, and in person.
- Processing documents.
- Creating certificates and pink cards.
- Maintaining client files within the broker management system (Applied Epic).
- Reviewing renewals.
- Assisting with marketing of new business submissions.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications
- A valid Level 1 Insurance License in Alberta is required.
- A valid Level 2 Insurance License in Alberta is an asset.
Required Skills
- Previous work experience with an insurance broker/company in a commercial service role is required.
- The successful candidate will be required to pass the Level 2 license exam within 12 months of date of hire.
