Our family-oriented practice with multiple locations is looking for an enthusiastic, professional, friendly, patient-driven and EXPERIENCED Dental Office adminstrator(experienced in dental field ) to join our growing team!
Our ideal candidate is a confident, passionate, strong communicator that is well-organized and can multi-task and skilled enough to handle all aspect of a dental office challenges.
Candidate should have a good comprehension of dental procedures, be a leader and a team player, compassionate, efficient, with specific attention to detail, and extremely patient/customer service focused. Having a good understanding of systems and processes,
and willingness to be flexible to accommodate the schedule and patients is essential.
Dental Software knowledge is an asset although training will be provided. Must be computer literate and have a good command of the English language!
Your role will be vitally important to helping our practice running smoothly & enable our clinical team to maintain the highest level of dental care providing to our valued patients. A minimum of five years dental office management experience is required.
