Nous recherchons un journalier d’atelier fiable et polyvalent pour se joindre à notre équipe de production sur le quart de soir. La personne sélectionnée participera à la préparation, à l’assemblage, à la finition et à la manutention de pièces et de produits industriels.

Principales responsabilités

- Recevoir, inspecter et nettoyer les matières premières;
- Lire et interpréter des plans de fabrication;
- Couper et assembler les matériaux conformément aux plans;
- Charger, régler et opérer une machine de grenaillage afin de préparer les surfaces des pièces;
- Ébavurer, meuler et sabler les pièces à l’aide d’outils manuels et électriques, notamment une meuleuse;
- Emballer, déplacer et manutentionner des pièces et des produits lourds;
- Participer à l’entretien préventif et général des équipements;
- Maintenir l’atelier propre, organisé et sécuritaire;
- Vérifier la qualité de son travail et signaler toute non-conformité;
- Respecter les procédures de santé et de sécurité;
- Effectuer toute autre tâche correspondant aux capacités et à l’expérience du candidat.Profil recherché
- Expérience dans un atelier, une usine ou un environnement industriel, un atout;
- Capacité à lire des plans de fabrication;
- Expérience avec une meuleuse et des outils manuels ou électriques;
- Bonne capacité physique et aptitude à manipuler des produits lourds;
- Souci de la qualité et du travail bien fait;
- Fiabilité, ponctualité et capacité à travailler de façon autonome;
- Carte ou expérience de conduite de chariot élévateur, un atout;
- Capacité à travailler de façon sécuritaire et à suivre les consignes.

We are looking for a reliable and versatile Shop Hand to join our production team on the evening shift. The selected candidate will assist with the preparation, assembly, finishing, packaging, and handling of industrial parts and products.

Main Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and clean raw materials;
- Read and interpret manufacturing drawings;
- Cut and assemble materials according to drawings;
- Load, set up, and safely operate a shot-blasting machine to prepare part surfaces;
- Deburr, grind, and sand parts using hand and power tools, including a grinder;
- Package, move, and handle heavy parts and finished products;
- Assist with preventive and general equipment maintenance;
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe;
- Inspect the quality of completed work and report any non-conformities;
- Follow all health and safety procedures;
- Perform other duties that are within the candidate’s skills and experience.Qualifications
- Previous experience in a shop, factory, or industrial environment is an asset;
- Ability to read manufacturing drawings;
- Experience using grinders, hand tools, and power tools;
- Physically capable of handling heavy products and materials;
- Strong attention to quality and detail;
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently;
- Forklift certification or operating experience is an asset;
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
