We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Superintendent to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities

- Manage daily on-site operations, ensuring construction activities align with project plans, schedules, and safety protocols
- Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and construction crews to maintain high standards of quality and productivity
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide work execution accurately
- Conduct regular site inspections for quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications
- Coordinate with project managers on budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling adjustments to meet project milestones
- Oversee the implementation of construction estimating processes and ensure accurate cost tracking throughout the project lifecycle

Skills





- Proven supervising experience in residential construction projects with a focus on safety and quality assurance
- Excellent blueprint reading skills along with the ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Deep understanding of construction and budgeting processes
- Ability to read and analyze complex schematics and technical documentation effectively
- Skilled in quality control procedures to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations
- Effective communicator capable of coordinating multidisciplinary teams and resolving on-site issues promptly

Pay: $72,956.77-$100,000.00 per year
