Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in finish carpentry
- 5+ years' experience in rough carpentry preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to work weekends or night shifts if required
- Knowledge of Procore or similar software
- All current safety training certificates for:
- WHMIS with GHS
- Standard First Aid
- Working at Heights
- Elevated Work Platform
- Propane Heaters in Construction
- Completion of the following training:
- Workplace Violence & Harassment
- Accessibility Customer Service Standards
- Accessibility Integrated Standards
- Extensive knowledge of power tools, including skill saw, miter saw, jigsaw, concrete saw, demo hammers and grinders
- Possession of basic hand tools and reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary to deliver the project on time
- Capable of climbing on ladders and carrying at least 80 pounds
