Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming raw fruit, prepare and process fruit (cut).
- Communicate deviations to production leads and recommend process adjustments to preserve yield and quality.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years’ experience in fresh‑cut or restaurant food preparation.
- Strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and ability to multitask in a cold‑room environment.
