Nothing Bundt Cakes is the world's largest specialty cake company, known for bringing joy to every celebration. We're looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Bakery Manager to lead our Burlington bakery and inspire a team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate a team of Guest Service Representatives, Frosters, Bakers, and Shift Leaders.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
- Create weekly schedules and manage labour efficiently.
- Ensure every guest receives exceptional service.
- Maintain high standards for product quality, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and operational procedures.
- Monitor bakery performance and achieve sales, labour, and operational goals.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively.
- Support local marketing and community outreach initiatives.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and high-performing team culture.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant, or food service.
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
- Robust organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Food Handler Certification is an asset.

Schedule

- Full-time
- 40–45 hours per week
- Day shifts with weekend availability required
