Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper / Accounting Personnel to join our Accounts Department. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting within a medium-sized insurance brokerage environment and be proficient in EPIC (Applied Systems) insurance brokerage management software, particularly in insurance accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and insurer accounts
- Process broker statements and company payables
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures




- Work closely with internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum 3–4 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Prior experience in an insurance brokerage workplace is strongly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of EPIC (Applied Systems) BMS, particularly insurance accounting modules
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
