Looking for a career where your income reflects your performance?

We’re looking for an energetic, motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an office-based sales position where you’ll help homeowners solve exterior home repair and replacement issues while earning uncapped commissions.

You’ll work with warm inbound leads, diagnose customer needs over the phone, recommend the appropriate solution, and either close the sale remotely or schedule an on-site appointment based on our qualification criteria.

What You’ll Do

- Respond to inbound customer inquiries by phone, text, email, and video.
- Qualify leads and diagnose homeowners’ exterior repair and replacement needs.
- Recommend the best solution based on each customer’s situation.
- Sell roofing, siding, eavestrough, soffit, fascia, windows, doors, and other exterior services.
- Close sales remotely whenever possible.
- Book qualified on-site appointments based on company criteria.
- Follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.

What We’re Looking For

- Positive attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Sales, customer service, business development, or call centre experience is considered an asset.




- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and handling objections.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable using computers and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Valid driver’s licence.

Schedule

This is a full time, in-office position.

Our customers often contact us outside of traditional business hours, so regular evening and weekend availability is required. Flexibility is essential, and applicants should be comfortable working a schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

This is a performance-driven sales role with uncapped earning potential.
