CoCo Bubble Tea – Red Deer is currently hiring Part-Time and Full-Time Crew Members to join our team. We are looking for friendly, reliable, and motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality drinks and exceptional customer service.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where attention to detail, efficiency, and a positive attitude are essential. As a Crew Member, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every customer.

What You’ll Do
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide excellent service from start to finish
- Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Operate POS systems for order processing and handle cash transactions responsibly
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and consistency
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe environment for customers and team members
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in food service or beverage preparation is an asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
