Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting with a strong focus on bookkeeping, AR, AP, Month end and year end. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the financial integrity of our organization, supporting our commitment to compliance and operational excellence.

Duties

- Enter the information in Sage 50 and the company's proprietary software
- Oversee and coordinate external audit processes, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Utilize accounting software (Sage 50) to maintain accurate financial records and generate reports for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess their needs
- Create invoices and prepare payments through the bank and credit card processor





Skills

- Proven expertise in accounting principles, practices, and standards
- Proficiency with accounting software systems (e.g., Sage50).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of auditing procedures and compliance regulations is highly desirable.

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
