Duties

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history-taking and physical examinations for individuals across all age group
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, medication usage, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term wellness.

Experience

- Proven experience working in primary care
- Familiarity with electronic health record platforms for efficient documentation.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a compassionate approach to delivering holistic healthcare services.
