Job Overview

Northern Aesthetics Institute trains licensed healthcare professionals, including nurses, doctors, and dentists, in medical aesthetics procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, and PRP/PRF. Courses are led by guest instructors and run periodically at our Edmonton location.

We need a reliable person to run the logistics on course days. This is casual weekend work. You only work when a course is running, so the number of weekends varies month to month.

Schedule

Friday to Sunday when a course is scheduled:

- Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 or 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Dates are confirmed with you in advance. Not every weekend has a course.

Duties

Morning setup:

- Open the space and set up the classroom, including computer and tech setup
- Send reminders to the models
- Confirm the day's model list and send reminder texts through our CRM
- Record content
- Treatment room setup

Afternoon (main portion of the role):

- Call models who have not arrived or cannot find the location




- Standby or backup model calling
- Manage product inventory
- Collect payments from models on site
- Record video content during class
- Track model attendance and log any issues

Between sessions:

- Support CRM work in GoHighLevel, including list updates and follow-up messaging
- General front-office and administrative tasks

Requirements

- Comfortable calling and texting people directly, including following up with someone who is late or has not shown up
- Reliable and punctual, and available weekends
- Basic computer skills and willing to learn a CRM. GoHighLevel experience is a plus, not required
- Able to handle payment transactions responsibly
- Admin, front-desk, or customer service experience preferred
- Based in Edmonton and available on scheduled course days
