We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in meal preparation, ensuring that every dish is prepared to perfection and meets our high standards of quality and taste. This position requires a commitment to excellence in food service within a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
- Assist in the planning of menus and daily specials, taking into account dietary restrictions and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely meal service.
- Provide assistance during meal service, including plating dishes and serving as needed.
- Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant kitchen required.
- Solid knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
