Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Associate/Back Of House to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, managing sales transactions, and supporting store operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of retail sales, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Multilingual abilities and technical sales experience are highly valued to enhance customer interactions and drive sales growth.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selections and inquiries
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers, emphasizing benefits
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Upsell products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and attractive
- Support back-of-house operations such as inventory management, stock replenishment, and product organization
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash register reconciliation




- Utilize technology tools for sales tracking, inventory management, and communication within the team

Requirements

- Proven experience in retail sales or technical sales preferred; experience with product demos is a plus
- Solid communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems
- Basic math skills for handling cash and calculating totals or discounts
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stock management
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively
- Strong time management skills to prioritize duties during busy periods
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional appearance and attitude
- Previous experience in merchandising, cashiering, or related roles is advantageous

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
