Full Time: Early Cure Collector

Monday to Friday (In Office)

We are recruiting for a full-time schedule requiring Monday to Thursday from 8:30 - 5:00 p.m., and Friday 8:30 - 4:00 p.m.

Put Your Customer Service Expertise to Work:

Partners in Credit (PIC), is seeking 3 experienced Early Cure Collectors.

The primary responsibility of this role is to respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service. In addition, you will manage outbound early-stage collections by contacting customers with delinquent accounts, negotiating repayment arrangements, and helping them find appropriate solutions while upholding the company's professional and ethical standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Respond to inbound customer inquiries, provide account balance information, and process payments with the goal of resolving delinquent accounts during the first interaction.
- Resolve customer service escalations professionally and efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Contact customers with past-due accounts to negotiate repayment arrangements and work toward mutually beneficial resolutions.
- Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation of all customer interactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Educate customers on company policies, payment options, and self-service tools to help prevent future collection activity.

You're a great fit if you have:

- 1+ years of experience in customer service. Early Cure an asset.
- Are available to start working immediately
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Superior communication skills
- Quality assurance testing regularly
- Teamwork skills
- A proven track record of exceeding collection goals
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Clear background check
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
