We're a growing Toronto door and lock company looking for an experienced locksmith who wants better pay, better equipment, and a boss who actually respects the trade.

The Pay & Perks

- $30–$40/hour based on experience — we pay top rates for top techs

The Work

Mobile service across the Greater Toronto Area — residential and commercial locksmithing, master key systems, commercial door hardware, and access control. Every day is different: one day you're keying a master system for a property manager, the next you're servicing commercial doors or installing high-security hardware. You'll run your own jobs with real independence, and if you're the right person, help train the next generation of apprentices.

What We Need (Must-Haves)

- 3+ years of hands-on locksmith experience
- Master key system design and keying
- Solid knowledge of commercial door hardware, including servicing and installing commercial doors




- Valid full G licence with a clean driving abstract
- Able to run your own jobs unsupervised and communicate well with customers
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada and able to pass a background check

Nice to Have

- Automatic door experience (AAADM certification is a big plus)
- Access control experience
- Experience mentoring or training apprentices
