Responsibilities

- Supervise daily store activities, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training, coaching, and performance management.
- Assist in inventory purchasing, pricing strategies, and merchandising to optimize product presentation and sales.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, cashiering operations, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accuracy and security.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare sales reports, and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain store standard & cleanliness, organization,



and safety standards while managing budgets and controlling expenses.

Experience

- Proven supervising or managerial experience within a retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of retail sales techniques, merchandising principles, and POS systems.
- Demonstrated ability in team management, training & development, and leadership roles.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in negotiation and customer service excellence.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently through effective time management and organizational skills.

Pay: $18.50-$22.00 per hour
