Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Lot Attendant to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of the dealership lot, assisting with vehicle movement, and providing excellent guest services. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where customer satisfaction and attention to detail are paramount.

Duties

- Park, retrieve, and move vehicles efficiently within the dealership lot to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the lot, including cleaning vehicles as needed.
- Assist guests with directions, and other customer service needs in a friendly and professional manner.
- Must be organized
- Work closely with the Pre-owned department
- Ensure vehicles are properly organized and displayed for customer viewing.
- Ensure test drive vehicles are ready, cleaned and gassed up
- Conduct routine inspections of the lot to identify any safety hazards or maintenance needs.
- Complete weekly inventory check




- Support dealership staff with various tasks related to vehicle inventory management.

Qualifications

- Previous dealership experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong guest service and customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist a diverse customer base.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift moderate loads as needed.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
