We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Representative / Party Host / Receptionist to support store leadership and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of retail and entertainment operations. This role supports staff management, sales optimization, customer experience, and operational efficiency to drive business growth and excellence.

This position requires weekend availability and a commitment of approximately 20-30 hrs per week

Key Responsibilities Store Operations & Team ManagementCustomer Service

- Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Check in customers and assist with admissions, memberships, and waivers.
- Answer customer questions regarding attractions, pricing, rules, and party packages.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to the manager when necessary.
- Ensure every guest has a fun and memorable experience.

Safety & Supervision

- Monitor all play areas, trampolines, ninja course, toddler zone, and other attractions.
- Enforce Funvilla safety rules and policies at all times.
- Ensure guests are using attractions safely and according to age and height requirements.
- Respond promptly to accidents or incidents and report them to management.
- Maintain awareness of emergency procedures.

Cleaning & Maintenance

- Perform regular cleaning of cafeteria,play areas, seating areas, washrooms, party rooms, and common spaces.
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces throughout the day.




- Empty garbage and recycling bins as required.
- Report damaged equipment, hazards, or maintenance issues immediately.
- Assist in keeping the facility clean and presentable at all times.

Birthday Parties & Events

- Prepare party rooms before guests arrive.
- Assist party hosts with setting up decorations, serving food, and coordinating activities.
- Ensure birthday parties run smoothly and on schedule.
- Clean and reset party rooms after each event.

Food & Beverage (if applicable)

- Prepare and serve food and beverages following food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness of the café or concession area.
- Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies are running low.

Cash Handling & POS

- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.
- Process cash, debit, credit card, and online transactions.
- Balance cash drawer according to company procedures.

Teamwork

- Work cooperatively with coworkers and management.
- Assist team members during busy periods.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding daily operations.

Opening & Closing Duties

- Complete opening checklists before the facility opens.
- Ensure attractions are ready for operation.
- Complete closing cleaning duties and secure the facility at the end of the day.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
