- Assist with preventive maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of facilities and equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management, prioritizing urgent issues.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed for accountability.
- Collaborate with vendors or contractors when specialized repairs or installations are required.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized,



and compliant with safety standards at all times.

Experience

- Prior experience in building maintenance, repair work, or a related field is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and general carpentry skills is advantageous.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems efficiently and implement effective solutions.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
- Valid driver’s license may be required depending on the scope of work.
