What You'll Do:

- Greet and welcome patients with a warm, professional attitude.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries by phone and email.
- Maintain accurate patient records and perform administrative tasks.
- Support our optometric team with day-to-day office operations.

What We're Looking For:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers and scheduling software.




- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in healthcare or customer service is an asset.
