We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a cook in our busy Italian restaurant. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic restaurant setting that has been a part of the Edmonton landscape for over 45 years.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards
- Assist in food presentation and plating to meet quality expectations
- Handle food safely by following proper hygiene and sanitation procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas throughout shifts
- Support meal preparation during busy periods, including chopping, assembling, and cooking ingredients
- Follow all food safety regulations and company policies to ensure compliance
