Chef de Partie, Barons

Barons is seeking a motivated Chef de Partie who will take ownership of their section, ensuring every dish leaving the kitchen meets the standards Barons is known for.

About the Venue

A grand, candlelit dining room evoking old-world romance, tucked moments away from Sydney Harbour. Barons offers British-inspired dishes with a flair of nose-to-tail tradition, like wood-fired bone marrow, a hearty bone in sirloin and Yorkshire puddings made with due reverence. Set to the swell of classic film scores, the room invites indulgence amid pressed white tablecloths, burgundy leather booths and walls lined with art.

About the Role

As a Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section, ensuring every dish leaving the kitchen meets the standards Barons is known for.

- Run your section with confidence during preparation and service
- Maintain quality, consistency and presentation across all dishes
- Keep your section organised, clean and service-ready
- Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver smooth and efficient services

About You

As a motivated chef, you will take pride in your craft and approach your work with discipline and attention to detail.

- Experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up
- Confident managing a section in a fast-paced kitchen




- Strong preparation, organisation and time management skills
- Reliable, focused and collaborative in a team workplace
- Motivated to continue developing your skills and career
