We are actively recruiting for a Personal Support Worker to assist a private male employer who is a Quadriplegic with all activities of daily living.

He is a conversationalist, and enjoys getting out and visiting as well as sports and he has previously enjoyed gardening.

Start Date: June 15, 2026

Location:

- Qualicum Beach, BC (Eaglecrest Gold Club)

Shifts & Hours of Work:

- 5 days a week
- 8:00am to 1:00pm
- Start time is flexible and shift length is negotiable
- Other morning and evening shifts available for on call

Responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):

- All personal care
- Ceiling lift with sling transfers (Two person transfers, always 2 people working on shift)
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Use of clients vehicle to drive to appointments

Requirements:

- Must not smoke/vape on shift for 8 hours.
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (2 doses)
- Caregiving experience
- Valid BC Driver's License and vehicle (Transit is not great in the area)




- Must be comfortable working in an environment with a dog (Only barks in the beginning, friendly)
- Must wear a mask while on shift

Pay: $27.00 per hour
