We are a busy and growing manufacturing company seeking a reliable and motivated General Labourer with basic computer and AutoCAD experience to join our team. This is a hands-on position that combines general production duties with basic design support. Ongoing training will be provided to help you expand your AutoCAD and manufacturing skills.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate manufacturing equipment.
- Load and unload raw materials (EPS blocks) onto machines.
- Read and accurately use a tape measure.
- Assist with basic AutoCAD design and computer-related tasks.
- Wrap, package, and organize finished products for inventory and shipment.
- Maintain a clean, protected, and organized work environment.
- Assist other team members throughout the plant as required.
- Follow production schedules and quality standards to meet customer deadlines.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
- Manufacturing or production experience is considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual,
and dependable.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service focused with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
