Overview

We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Painters to join our team. This role involves applying paint, coatings, and finishes to various surfaces across residential, commercial, restoration, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction painting, blueprint reading, and the use of hand tools and power tools. Candidates with construction experience and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply. Duties

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion
- Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, spray equipment, or other equipment.
- Perform restoration work on damaged or aged surfaces to restore their appearance and integrity
- Utilize rigging and scaffolding safely for high or hard-to-reach areas
- Operate hand tools and power tools efficiently for surface preparation and finishing tasks
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project specifications are met
- Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols throughout all phases of the project

Skills





- Proven experience in construction painting, residential painting, commercial painting, restoration, or industrial painting
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Proficiency with hand tools such as brushes, rollers, scrapers, caulking guns; familiarity with power tools is a plus
- Strong knowledge of surface preparation techniques including sanding and caulking
- Experience with rigging and working at heights using scaffolding or lifts is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple projects
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to construction painting environments
