Victory is seeking an exceptional Physics Instructor to join our growing instructional team. We provide one-on-one academic coaching for motivated Grades 10–12 students following the BC curriculum. You will work under the guidance of the Director of Instruction, with ongoing instructional support and access to shared teaching resources.

Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging one-on-one online Physics 11/12 instruction using Lessonspace.
- Prepare personalized lessons based on each student's learning needs and goals.
- Teach BC Physics 11/12 concepts using effective, student-centred instructional strategies.
- Develop students' conceptual understanding, problem-solving skills, and exam readiness.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate session notes.
- Work with the Director of Instruction to review student progress and implement instructional recommendations.





Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Physics, Physics Education, or a closely related field (Master's degree is an asset).
- Strong knowledge of the BC Physics 11/12 curriculum and experience teaching within the BC education system.
- Experience teaching senior secondary Physics students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience teaching IB Physics, AP Physics, or other advanced secondary Physics courses is an asset.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
