We offer a wide selection of fresh meats, fish, groceries, dairy products, frozen foods, and specialty products from Africa, the Caribbean, Asia, South America, and Central America. Position Summary

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Cashier / Customer Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong retail experience, enjoys working with people, and can provide outstanding service while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
- Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions.
- Assist customers with questions, product information, and general inquiries.
- Stock replenishment and organization.
- Help maintain a clean, organized,



and welcoming store environment.
- Support daily store operations and work collaboratively with team members.

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a cashier or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail workplace.
- Reliable, honest, and customer-oriented.

Education

- DEP (Diploma of Vocational Studies)
- Education in Sales, Business, or a related field is considered an asset.

Languages

Required

- English
- French

The ability to communicate in any of the following languages is considered an asset:

- Ewe
- Kabiye
- Lingala

Salary

- $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
