Western Millennium Collision is growing, and we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator / Repair Planner to join our team full-time. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate estimates, efficient repair planning, and exceptional customer service throughout the repair process.

What You'll Do

- Prepare accurate repair estimates using industry-standard software.
- Develop complete repair plans and coordinate with technicians and parts suppliers.
- Communicate with customers and insurance companies regarding repair procedures and timelines.
- Order and track parts required for repairs.
- Perform vehicle damage inspections and document findings.
- Monitor repairs to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records and ensure all repairs meet OEM and industry standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout the repair process.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in collision estimating,



repair planning, or automotive service is preferred.
- Knowledge of collision repair processes and vehicle construction.
- Familiarity with estimating software (Mitchell, Audatex, CCC ONE, etc.) is considered an asset.
- Robust organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license.
- I-CAR or OEM certifications are considered an asset, but are not required.
