Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Promotions

- Create, edit, and manage online advertisements for vehicle inventory.
- Capture high-quality photos of vehicles for marketing purposes.
- Maintain and update the company’s online presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Kijiji.

Inventory Management

- Maintain an up-to-date inventory spreadsheet for sales representatives and finance managers.
- Upload and manage vehicle listings with detailed descriptions and high-quality images.
- Ensure deal jackets are complete and up to date with all necessary documents.
- Monitor vehicle status, schedule detailing, and coordinate mechanical or bodywork as needed.

Administrative Support

- Assist with various dealership operations as needed.
- Maintain an organized and qualified business environment.
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive and team-oriented attitude.
- Support management with additional tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role.
- Education:



Minimum Grade 12 diploma.
- Tech Skills: Proficient with computers, Windows-based programs, Microsoft Office, and PBS Accounting Software .
- Social Media & Marketing: Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and online advertising.
- Automotive Knowledge: Previous dealership experience is an asset.
- Work Ethic: Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Physical Requirements: Must be in good general health and able to complete job tasks as needed.
- Team Player: A "stairs first" mentality—motivated to put in the effort and grow with the company.
