Job Overview

Juicy Birds Nashville Hot Chicken is looking for enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team. We are currently hiring for Day Crew Members, Night Crew Members, Shift Supervisors, and Restaurant Managers.

Our restaurant operates daily from 11:00 AM until 1:00 AM, with operating hours extended to 3:00 AM on select weekends and busy days. Candidates must be flexible to work day, evening, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts as required.

ResponsibilitiesTeam Members (Day & Night)

- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Take customer orders accurately using the POS system.
- Prepare Nashville Hot Chicken, sandwiches, wraps, sides, fries, and beverages according to company recipes and standards.
- Maintain food quality, freshness, and presentation.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, dining area, and workstations.
- Restock food, packaging, and supplies.




- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work efficiently during busy lunch, dinner, and late-night rushes.

Shift Supervisor

In addition to Team Member responsibilities:

- Supervise daily shift operations and lead the team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and food quality standards.
- Train and coach team members.
- Handle customer concerns professionally.
- Manage cash handling, deposits, and shift reports.
- Monitor inventory and ensure cleanliness and food safety compliance.
- Support opening and closing procedures.

Restaurant Manager

In addition to Supervisor responsibilities:

- Oversee all restaurant operations.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and develop employees.
- Manage labour costs, food costs, inventory, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations.
- Drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain operational excellence.
- Lead and motivate the restaurant team to achieve business goals.

QualificationsTeam Members

- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings,



weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Shift Supervisor

- Minimum 1 year of fast food or restaurant supervisory experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with cash handling, shift management, and customer service.
- Ability to lead a team during busy service periods.

Restaurant Manager

- Minimum 1-2 years of restaurant management experience required.
- Proven experience managing restaurant operations, staff scheduling, inventory, food cost, and labour.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
