Position Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will engage with customers in-store and over the phone, promote TELUS and Koodo products and services, and drive sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend TELUS/Koodo products and plans
- Actively sell wireless devices, accessories, and services
- Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently explain features and benefits
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Process activations, upgrades, and account changes accurately
- Provide outstanding customer service before and after the sale
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales workplace
- Store merchandising and operational tasks
- Using a CRM to complete outbound calling campaigns and managing customer relationships
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous sales or customer service experience (telecom experience is an asset but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-driven with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
