Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and professional "Sales Lead Generator" to join our team in a remote role. This role will begin on our trial on-boarding program with potential to move into a part-time or full-time position for the right person! Hours are flexible to meet your needs, while supporting lead sales generation.

The role is commission based pay: 30% commission paid for completed training sessions you assist us in booking! Average sale is between $3,000 - $5,000 (commission between $900 – $1,500 per sale!). Your hard work and dedication will determine how much you make! There is no cap to commissions.

This position is responsible for cold calling (including building of new customer lists based on assigned sectors / geographical area, etc.), lead generation, and nurturing existing leads. Once lead is secure, you will hand over to one of Firehouse Training’s full-time sales representatives to close the sale and manage client account. If sale is closed, you earn commission (30%) for your work to gain the lead for the sale.

Sectors we support include (not limited to) general workplace safety, emergency services, industrial training,



and commercial operations. There is no limit to the potential!

This position is ideal for someone who is self-driven, and confident working independently from a home office without day-to-day supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct cold outreach calls and emails to potential clients
- Work and follow up with warm leads already in our CRM system
- Book discovery calls or demos with qualified prospects
- Promote Firehouse Training’s offerings, including fire safety, hazardous materials, confined space, and more
- Use LinkedIn and other networking platforms to build client connections
- Maintain accurate notes in CRM and meet regular outreach targets
- Represent Firehouse Training at trade shows and business networking events (optional but encouraged)

- Additional paid hours may be available for administrative work depending on availability and business needs

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2-3 year of sales or customer outreach experience (cold calling or inside sales preferred)
- Solid communication skills across email, text, phone, and LinkedIn




- Excellent time management and ability to work independently
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft/Google platforms
- Passion for building client relationships and growing new business
- Interest in the workplace safety, emergency response, or training industries is an asset
