We are seeking a motivated and skilled Experienced Painter / Painter's Helper to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and taping to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
- Apply paints, stains, primers, and coatings using hand tools and power tools across various surfaces including walls, ceilings, and fixtures
- Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute painting plans for residential, commercial, or industrial projects
- Assist with rigging and scaffolding setup to access hard-to-reach areas safely and efficiently
- Perform restoration work by stripping old paint, repairing damaged surfaces, and applying protective finishes
- Use carpentry skills for minor repairs or modifications needed before painting begins




- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly

Skills

- Proven construction experience with a focus on painting projects in residential, commercial, or industrial settings
- Strong knowledge of construction painting techniques and restoration processes
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Skilled in the use of hand tools such as brushes, rollers, scrapers, caulking guns, and putty knives; proficient with power tools including sanders and spray guns
- Experience with rigging and scaffolding setup for elevated or hard-to-reach areas
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Customer service orientation with a professional attitude when interacting with clients during residential or commercial projects
