We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Automotive Administrator to join our dealership team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting sales and service processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive dealership functions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Previous dealership or mechanic experience is a plus, along with mechanical knowledge and sales aptitude.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks related to tire sales, service appointments, and customer inquiries
- Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and providing updates on repairs or vehicle status
- Support the sales team with upselling opportunities to maximize revenue while maintaining excellent customer service
- Maintain organized records of vehicle transactions, service histories, and customer information
- Prepare documentation for warranty processing
Requirements
- Previous automotive industry background preferred
- Mechanical knowledge or experience working as a mechanic is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a skilled demeanor
- Ability to upsell products and services effectively while maintaining integrity
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic accounting procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional automotive certifications are a plus

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
