We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Weekend Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Process customer consignment intake accurately
- Receive and process TAG grading submissions
- Manage customer pickup orders
- Assist customers with in-store purchases
- Answer phones and respond to general customer inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and showroom area
- Organize card show supplies and equipment
- Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as needed
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail




- Reliable, punctual, and qualified
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Ability to multitask in a customer-facing environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

The following are considered assets but are not required:

- Previous reception or customer service experience
- Retail or cashier experience
- Experience handling cash and point-of-sale systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs

No experience with sports cards, trading card games, or collectibles is required. We provide full training and will teach you everything you need to know about our services, products, and processes.
