Duties
- Greet patients warmly and assist with payment processes to ensure a positive experience.
- Perform Neurological assessments on new patients and as part of ongoing patient progress care (we will train you)
- Educate patients on post-treatment care, exercises, and lifestyle recommendations to promote ongoing health benefits.
- Maintain accurate patient records by documenting communications and managing appointment schedules efficiently.
- Perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and processing patient payment.
- Light office cleaning duties
Qualifications
- Strong advocate of Neurologically-based chiropractic care and the emphasis on the role of the nervous system in health and wellness.
- Experience with administration and related responsibilities is preferred but not required; training will be provided if necessary.
- Excellent communication skills and wellness focus, combined with a compassionate attitude to support diverse patient needs.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour
