What You'll Do

Set up and operate CNC Lathe and Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL) machines

Perform machine setups and tool offsets

Operate machines with live tooling

Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings

Inspect finished components using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and precision measuring instruments

Produce high-quality precision machined components while maintaining tight tolerances

Make machine adjustments to maintain quality and production standards





Perform routine machine checks and maintain a clean and safe work area

Follow all quality, safety, and production procedures

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of CNC Lathe, VTL, or Manual Lathe experience

Experience performing machine setup and operation

Live tooling experience is required

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools

Experience working to tight tolerances

Robust attention to detail and quality

Reliable and able to work rotating shifts

Legally authorized to work in Canada
