Banh Mi Boys is looking for an energetic, reliable, and friendly individual to join our team as a Sandwich Maker / Cashier! As a staple of Toronto’s fast-casual food scene, we pride ourselves on speed, flavour, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

- Guest Service & Cashiering: Greet customers, take orders accurately using our POS system, and handle cash/card transactions efficiently.
- Sandwich Assembly: Expertly build banh mi, tacos, and bowls according to Banh Mi Boys’ specific recipes and presentation standards.
- Speed & Accuracy: Maintain a fast pace during peak lunch and dinner rushes without compromising food quality or order accuracy.
- Station Prep & Cleanliness: Keep the counter, assembly line, and guest areas clean, sanitized, and fully stocked throughout your shift.
- Teamwork:



Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure orders flow smoothly.

Qualifications

- Experience: Previous experience in fast-casual food prep, sandwich assembly, or retail customer service/cashiering is a strong asset.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay organized during a rush.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Certification: Valid Food Handler’s Certificate is a strong asset.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for the duration of a shift and maintain high energy.
