RPI Consulting Group is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurses for a rewarding long-term relief assignment. Please note: This role requires you to be fully bilingual in English and French to communicate effectively with our residents and their families.

Your Day-to-Day Impact:
As an LPN with us, you will be the calming, capable presence our residents rely on. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing holistic, general nursing care, from treating minor injuries (slips, falls,



fatigue) to confidently managing medical emergencies.
- Implementing physician orders accurately and promptly, always acting in the best interest of your patients.
- Monitoring and documenting residents' conditions, including screening for symptoms and reporting observations that matter.
- Maintaining a safe, clean environment and ensuring supplies are managed thoughtfully.
- Collaborating with the care team and keeping detailed daily records to ensure continuity of care.

What You Bring to the Role:

- Active registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick.
- Graduation from a recognized two-year post-secondary nursing program.
- A minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Long-Term Care, a Nursing Home, or a hospital setting.
- Current CPR/AED, Standard First Aid, and up-to-date liability/malpractice insurance.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and organizational skills, you stay calm and collected in emergencies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; you are a team player who treats every resident with dignity.
- A commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity.
