We are seeking a Full Time Baker to join us in creating fresh donuts and sweet treats in house from scratch!

As the Head Baker, you will participate in the opening of this location! Position to start training January 2022. May be required to travel to Tofino for in house training. All expenses paid.

Job Highlights:

- Bake mixed dough and batters; Prepare dough for donuts and sweet goods, batters for muffins and cakes and jellies, icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders
- Creates appealing designs on all specialty bakery goods
- Operate machinery
- Prepare special orders
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas
- Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Supervise baking personnel
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
- Provides courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and Team Members at all times
- Ensure adherence to all applicable health and safety regulations including Food Safety and regulatory duties required in the department

Experience:

- Baking: Minimum 2 years (preferred)
