Our company is seeking a Team Supervisor to help our team achieve their goals and manage the team's workflow. This position requires someone who can effectively supervise the work of a group of people, encourage individual achievement, be an excellent role model and regularly foster an environment of skilled growth. The supervisor will also serve as a link between the executive staff and the team, and will regularly collaborate with other supervisors in order to share best practices and workable solutions for issues that are common among a number of teams.
