Reptilia London is looking for an outgoing individual to give our guests an amazing Behind the Scenes experience!

Tour guides must:

- Be able to deliver a fun, engaging and educational tour with a wide variety of group sizes and ages

- Properly communicate facts and information about reptiles in an accurate and age-appropriate manner

- Be comfortable handling and feeding reptiles

- Be comfortable overseeing and directing guest interactions with animals, in a way that keeps both guests and animals secure and comfortable

- Have excellent time management and organization skills

- Be able to work under pressure with deadlines

- Have excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills

- Be able to work independently and in a team setting





- Be able to provide a clear Vulnerable Sector Check

Preferred Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of experience working with reptiles in a professional establishment

- At least 1 year of experience in customer service

- At least 1 year of experience in sales

- At least 1 year of experience in public speaking, ideally with young audiences

Experience:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Professional Reptile: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
