About us

We're an established dog daycare in Liberty Village that has been operating successfully for over 7 months. We already have a trained team of 3 managers and are looking to add 1–2 more to complete the team. You'll be paid and trained from your very first shift — no prior dog experience required.

- Flexible schedule. Full-time managers typically get 40 hours/week. More hours are often available if you want them (covering shifts, busy periods).

What you'll do

- Client acquisition (a key part of the role): confidently present and sell our services to warm leads — people who walk in, call, email, message us through the website or Instagram. You'll turn interest into booked clients.
- Front desk + shift management: dog check-in/check-out, supervising play, feeding, walks, keeping the space clean and organized.
- Calm, confident leadership with the dogs: you'll learn to set clear boundaries and gently redirect behaviour so playgroups stay safe, relaxed, and well-socialized.
- Daily photo/video updates: capture each dog's best moments and share them with owners.
- CRM/admin work: daily activity notes, scheduling,



and updates in our system.

✅ Mandatory language requirement

You must speak English confidently AND Ukrainian OR Russian.

- English is required for client communication and sales — you need to speak well enough to sell our services with confidence.
- Ukrainian/Russian is required for team communication.

- Fluent, confident English (spoken and written) — required
- Ukrainian OR Russian — required
- Strong communication and sales instincts — comfortable turning inquiries into clients
- Well organized and valuable at multitasking in a busy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a quick learner
- Love for dogs and a calm, steady presence around them

Nice to have (not required)

- Sales or customer service experience
- Any experience with dogs

How hiring works

New team members start part-time so both sides can make sure it's a great fit. Training is paid from the first shift. Strong candidates move to full-time hours quickly.

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
