Xtreme Security is a leading provider of professional security services, committed to protecting people and property with excellence, integrity, and vigilance. We are seeking experienced Tactical Security Officers to join our team and support our high-standard security operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tactical security and protection for assigned sites and personnel.
- Conduct regular patrols, maintain a strong presence, and respond to incidents as necessary.
- Utilize proper use-of-force techniques as trained.
- Monitor and report safety concerns, suspicious activity, or breaches.
- Maintain clear, skilled communication with clients, team members, and supervisors.
- Perform physical duties requiring extended periods of standing and walking.
CPR - FIRST AID
- 3. Use of Force
- 4. Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) certification
- 5. ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of tactical security experience OR a relevant educational degree (e.g., Police Foundations, Criminal Justice, etc.).
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License (must be current).
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and day rotation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
- Knowledge and training in use-of-force procedures.
