We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our clients growing team. This role is ideal for someone with industrial sales experience and a robust understanding of pipes, valves, and pumps (PVF). You will be responsible for developing new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Location: Southern Alberta
Salary: $55,000 base salary + monthly vehicle allowance

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an assigned sales territory throughout Central Alberta.
- Develop new business through prospecting and relationship building.
- Maintain and expand existing customer accounts.
- Submit weekly travel itineraries and customer call reports.
- Prepare and maintain annual sales forecasts for your territory.
- Follow up daily on customer quotations and outstanding opportunities.
- Respond promptly to customer phone calls and email inquiries.
- Maintain a home office with reliable high-speed internet.
- Travel regularly within your assigned territory.
- Follow all company health and safety policies.
- Safeguard company assets, including laptop, cell phone, customer information, and pricing.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous outside sales experience in an industrial or distribution environment.
- Strong knowledge of pipes, valves, and pumps (PVF) is required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle and current insurance.
- Valid personal credit card for business expenses (reimbursed monthly).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
